To add to your water bottle, simply drink a small amount to leave room for the powder and shaking. Add 1 packet of SYNC HYDRATE powder and shake vigorously. For a shaker bottle, add 12 to 24 ounces of water, pour in 1 packet of SYNC HYDRATE powder and shake well. You can add more or less water to achieve desired taste. Add ice if preferred.

Yes. SYNC HYDRATE contains suitable sodium levels for everyday use by most active people. Rather than loading up this product with excessive amounts of low-cost sodium like other electrolyte products, we give you the flexibility to add more to meet custom needs. For calculation purposes: One-half teaspoon of table salt contains approximately 1,200 mg. of sodium.

We use a combination of Monk Fruit and Stevia, which are natural sweeteners. We do not use Sucralose, Aspartame, Xylitol, Ace-K, etc. The only sugar in our product is derived from the fruit and vegetable juices we use for flavoring and color.
